Apprenticeship Incentives and Financial Aids

Going back to school can be daunting for many people, and money is usually at the root of the problem. The Electrical Joint Training Committee (EJTC) wants you to know that they are aware of these challenges and want you to be mindful of the many incentives you can access to enter the Skilled Trades. The government and other resources provide these funds to ensure extra support for individuals looking to enter the skilled trade sector.

As retirement rates rise, the construction industry desperately needs to recruit and retain a growing and diverse workforce. We encourage you to look at these incentives and financial aids and apply for the ones best suited for you.
